The role of engineering technical sections in formation of the system of production education of railway workers in Western Siberia in the 1920's - 1930's

The article considers contribution of the engineering technical sections in the formation of production education of railway workers in the Western Siberia in the 1920-s - 1930-s. It is established that the engineering technical sections of this period were engaged in increase of cultural level of railway workers, supported their professional development. During the period of rapid industrialization, the promotion of socialist competition and shock work supported formation of the Soviet outlooks of railway workers.
