The article examines the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of e-commerce. The perspective directions of using artificial intelligence are considered and analyzed on the example of developing countries. The dynamics of the growth of the global e-commerce market and the development of e-commerce in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the pandemic are analyzed. The introduction of artificial intelligence is considered and a forecast is given until 2030 for an increase in gross domestic product using AI technologies.
