Role of export duties in country budgeting: Russian and international experience

The article discusses the role of export duties in the budgeting of the Russian Federation and other countries. The authors make a conclusion on a unique and extremely high share of export duties in the pumping of the Russian budget. They emphasize that high budget dependence on export duties is a peculiarity of developing countries.
