This article explores the role of team sports in the formation of social responsibility among students. The article examines how participation in sports games contributes to the development of such social and personal qualities as collectivism, responsibility, leadership, communication skills and citizenship. The study is based on a survey of students of higher educational institutions and an analysis of the data obtained.
