The Role of the Vietnam Communist Party in Equality Policy

The article examines the process of formation and development of the Communist Party of Vi-etnam’s views on ethnic equality as a component of national equality from historical and modern perspectives. It shows the leading political role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the establishment of ethnic equality in the country. The article, based on the analysis of various data, confirms and proves the correctness of the Party’s programme guidelines, the implementation of which makes it possible to ensure ethnic equality in the country. However, despite the progress made in this issue, there is still a development gap between ethnic minorities and the ethnic majority, which requires continuous adjustment and policy improvement to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of follow-up activities in ensuring ethnic equality in the country.
