The article examines the role of human resource competence in the quality management system of an organization formed on the basis of international standards ISO 9000 and 10000 series. The methods of developing the competence of employees in the paradigm of the corporate training model «70:20:10», which maximally focuses the process of developing the skills of personnel in the applied plane, are substantiated.
