The role of psychological knowledge in providing a specialist in public and municipal administration sphere with professional competence

Nowadays a high level of personnel professional competence in different structures of government is one of the leading factors, guaranteeing qualitative social administration and satisfaction of citizens' needs in public and municipal services. In this article the questions regarding the influence of psychological knowledge complex on raising the level of professional competence of state and public employees are discussed.
