The role of the constitutional norms in the legal ruling of the public-private partnership system

The article is devoted to the constitutional nature of the development of public-private partnership in Russia. The legal nature of a public-private partnership is examined in terms of the basic values of the Constitution of Russia and their comparison with the functions of a public-private partnership.
