The article analyzes the role of corporate policy in the formation of professional and personal growth of employees – from the moment of starting work in the company to their formation as leaders within the organization. The authors identified the features, factors of success and risk along this path. From a practical point of view, the article is valuable for managers at different levels when making decisions about the formation of a system of additional motivation and incentives.
