In modern conditions of reforming the national healthcare system, the issue of protecting the health of workers in the oil and gas industry, as well as the population of the northern regions where oil and gas companies operate, is becoming topical. The article discusses and justifies the need to develop the medical infrastructure of oil and gas companies in the northern regions, the issues of increasing the efficiency of the corporate healthcare system, and its positive effect on the quality of medical services provided to employees of companies and their families, as well as to the population of the northern regions.
