Бесплатный доступ

It is no secret that in socialist states the role of the ruling party often went far beyond its formally defined powers. The reason for this was the presence of a mandatory ideology, the conductor and "vanguard" of which the "new type of party" was recognized. This state of affairs significantly affected the legal system, which was significantly influenced by the prevailing ideology and its "guide". This article is devoted to the earliest and most influential legal system of the socialist legal family - the law of the USSR. In the work, the author aims to determine the degree of influence of the ruling party of the Soviet Union on the functioning of the Soviet legal system.
