Role of loan portfolio

The article deals with the problems of lending in JSC "Russian Agricultural Bank". It defines the prospects of the credit policy implementation and its loan portfolio in 2012-2014. The authors analyze the structure and dynamics of the bank's loan portfolio. This paper assesses and identifies risks of overdue loans of the bank to the borrower. It also contains information about the new scheme of financial liabilities repayment. For illustration purposes, the article gives an example on restructuring of overdue loans in the amount of 900,000 rubles.
