The pedagogical design laboratory role in the universal pedagogical competences technology park system of KSPU named after V.P. Astafiev

The paper substantiates the need to create technoparks of universal pedagogical competencies in the country's pedagogical universities with building platforms for the development of pedagogical innovations in the general education system. Schoolchildren, teachers, students, lecturers can work in the technopark both during and after school hours, conducting research and creating various projects. The activities of such a technopark are considered in detail on the example of the laboratories of neurocognitive technologies and the Mega-class platform, virtual reality and pedagogical design of the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V.P. Astafiev, where they plan to research and create learning tools, conduct joint scientific research in the field of studying the capabilities of the brain, create digital educational resources, model various objects using 3D technologies, etc. The main result of this work is to increase the effectiveness of the educational process with the help of the devices used. The created developments can be used in the future or present professional activities of the participants in the educational process. The author paid attention to the study of such a phenomenon as pedagogical design, since it is a relatively new concept in the modern education system. Its concept, levels, models are revealed. The main tasks were identified, which include conducting a training needs assessment, choosing an approach to training, developing educational programs and teaching materials, as well as interacting with stakeholders. Attention is drawn to the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of a pedagogical designer. Based on the conclusions made, a model was created that shows the role of the pedagogical design laboratory in the technopark system. The results of the activities of this laboratory will ensure the productivity of teaching and the creation of an integrated pedagogical environment not only in the regional center, but also in the Krasnoyarsk Region.
