The role of the personality of a teacher in the educational process

This article considers the teacher as the main figure in raising a child in school. He controls the course of the educational process, the process of formation of the personality of each child, his moral qualities, coordinates the educational activities of each pupil, self-determination, self-education and student self-development, development of creative abilities of pupils, and relationships with other participants in the educational process.
