The role of the personality in the management system of the organization

The article examines the influence of the leader's personality on the organization's management system. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the activity of the organization is largely influenced by a particular leader. That is, his professional, business and personal qualities, both positive and negative, may or may not contribute to the achievement of the goals set, the successful development of the organization.
