The role of personal characteristics of patients with chronic heart failure in the forming of adherence to therapy

Аdherence plays an important role in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). The aim of the study is to determine the role of psychological characteristics of patients with chronic heart failure in adherence to treatment of CHF. Patients with low adherence have elevated levels of reactive and personal anxiety, depressive reactions, the prevalence mechanism of psychic protection "projection". Anxious type accentuation of character has a negative effect to the treatment of chronic heart failure.
