The number of craniofacial traumas is constantly increasing. Radiography diagnostics is the most common method in detecting morphological changes occurring with facial skull injury, though this method is not always informative enough. In these cases computed tomography is more informative, as it allows us to estimate the injuries of osseous elements of orbits, paranasal sinus, condylar process of mandible and other parts of the facial scull in detail. Magnetic resonance imaging is recommended for detecting structural changes in soft tissues when temporomandibular joint has been injured. While ray treatment is being planned, three!dimensional reconstruction is very important.
