In this study, the impact of both material and non-material incentives on motivation has been extensively explored. This topic remains highly relevant in the context of contemporary economic challenges, as each form of motivation plays a crucial role. However, it is worth noting that insufficient attention is given to non-material motivation, which is deemed unacceptable. In most cases, the emphasis is placed on material incentives, which can lead to a shortage of suitable motivational factors for optimal employee performance. As a result, this can have a negative impact on the organization's success and create an unbalanced motivational system.
