The role of health insurance financing health in modern conditions

In article questions of modernization of system of medical insurance are considered. The conclusion is drawn that in the developed system of implementation of programs of modernization of health care in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation a number of the directions needing essential changes accurately is allocated: financing form; medical organization of the supplier of medical services; volume and conditions of delivery of health care of medical insurance in Russia. Possible options of a consumer choice in health care are investigated, the analysis of the amounts of financing of the compulsory health insurance basic program at the expense of subventions from Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in separately taken region is carried out. Results of the analysis of the public expenditures on health care as a result of which the conclusion is drawn on a role of medical insurance in financial security of health system in modern conditions are reflected in article.
