Role local in the process of the free relationship on regional synoia

The article shows the role of local government in the process of regulating land relations at the regional level. The article concludes that the need for stable functioning of local government, financial independence and the ability to quickly resolve property issues is directly related to the management of municipal land and land relations. Local governments have the right to dispose of municipal land by donating it to economic management.
