This article discusses the use of teaching methods in cooperation in the study of foreign languages in the higher education system. The author analyzes the effectiveness of using the method of cooperation in foreign language classes, teaching methods that facilitate the organization of student activities in collaboration are highlighted, which provide effective assimilation of knowledge and skills in the discipline, as well as the development of practical communication skills of students.
