The role of migration factor in securing social and economic stability

The authors sum up modern characteristics of the economic security and stability, determining the position of the Russian state on a world market. They investigated the impact of development of the labour potential of the country on the prospects of its economic development, analysed the specifics of modern migration processes and estimated their contribution to the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. They propose expedient approaches to raising the efficiency of involving the migration factor in solution of the economic problems of the country.
