«Soft power» is aimed notably at promoting image of country and thus defending her economic, linguistic and cultural interests. For Russia's «Soft power» is above all, the softness of approaches: the active cooperation of civil societies, the promotion of their language and culture on the countries that are close in spirit and mentality.
