The role of youth in the innovative transformation of Russia

The article considers the youth as an innovative resource of the development strategy of Russia. The authors highlight the need to support young people’s education, their career with the simultaneous formation of the professional identity of an effective manager. Among the main qualities of a qualified regional manager there are analytical abilities of multidimensional perception of information, developed social and emotional intelligence, self-regulation and management of emotional background in a team of subordinates.
