The article examines the essential characteristics and key aspects of the role significance of the moral and psychological climate in the company's activities. The team of authors concludes that within the current stage of development of personnel management, the emphasis of the motivational mechanism is shifting from the material to the moral factor, that is, satisfying the moral needs of members of the work team plays an increasingly important role in the formation of a stimulating mechanism for the growth of labor activity. The work focuses on the basic aspects of the importance of the moral and psychological climate for the effectiveness of personnel management, which in most cases are universal in nature.
