Role of staff motivation in the framework of innovative activity of the enterprise

. The article is devoted to the role of personnel motivation for the development of innovative activity within the organization. Emphasis is placed on the value of innovation for staff and management. The author singles out the problems of rejection of innovations by the employee and the main motives of the employee's labor behavior, who are interested in the innovative activity of the enterprise. As a result, the conditions inside the organization and outside it were defined, under which the development of innovations is possible.
