Role of motivation in the context of physical culture 1 and 2 courses

This article discusses the problem of motivation and its importance in the framework of physical education classes at the University "Dubna". For the study, we used the method of questioning, which allowed us to identify empirically the influence of motivational components in sports activities. The results of the survey showed the importance of motivation in the context of physical culture.
