The role of motivation in career management of young professionals

The presented article discusses the concept of career, the stages of career building and professional development of a young specialist. As part of the study, the authors analyzed the motivational needs of young specialists of NPP NGO LLC, which show that more than half of the employees are not satisfied with their career in this company. To solve this problem, activities have been proposed that will help young professionals build a career, gain a foothold in the organization and meet their professional needs.
