The role of municipal programs in the development of the human potential of municipal formations

The article considers the concept of the cadre potential of the municipality and determines the perspective directions of its development. On the example of the municipality "City Rylsk», Kursk region, the implementation of targeted programs in the field of human resource development has been considered. Areas for improving indicators used in targeted programs have been identified. The tasks of implementing municipal programs for the development of human resources have been formulated.
