The aim of the study was to study the prognostic value of the clinical parameters of the first remission of schizophrenia. With paroxysmal type of course and its relationship with hereditary burden and the influence of exogenous factors. In a positive combination of factors, in terms of the formation of the most favorable first remission at the level of intermission or with mild personality changes in recurrent schizophrenia, there was a lack of both hereditary burden and exposure to exogenous factors. The combination of hereditary burden of schizophrenia with the influence of exogenous factors (alcoholization, anesthesia, psychogeny) is an unfavorable prognostic sign, as it correlateswith the formation of remissions with productive disorders in paroxysmal progressive schizophrenia.
