Role of research and education centres (REC) in the development of higher education institutions (in regard to REC "Political analysis of territorial systems" under Mordovia N. P. Ogarev State University)

The article is concerned with the problem of integration of science into education through creation and development of research and education centres. How to engage young scholars in research, specialised programmes and grants instrumental in developing of RECs is the authors' concern that they discuss following the example of the REC "Political Analysis of Territorial Systems" under Mordovia N. P. Ogarev State University.
