Prospects for lean manufacturing in Russia

This article reviews the literature on the emergence of lean manufacturing technologies. The data on the relationship and general ideological foundations of lean production and scientific organization of labor, the participation of the Volgograd Medical Institute in the development and adaptation of the principles of rational organization and labor protection at Volgograd industrial enterprises during the USSR are presented. The work reflects the current stage of mastering the principles of lean manufacturing and creating a new model of a medical organization providing primary health care.
