Role of the oil and gas factor in energy security Russia and its economic impact of the world

The article shows the role of Russia as a guarantor of energy security in the world economic space. The perspective of the mission of the Russian Federation as a country providing stability in the face of the deteriorating global energy competition for access to large hydrocarbon deposits and the new knowledge-intensive high-performance energy technologies. It was concluded that a key influence on the formation of new Russian oil and gas proportions in the world reproduction process.
