The role of intangible assets in the sustainable economic system formation

Economic systems in the current conditions of globalization and the development of the information and network economy are forced to compete with each other in the international space. At the same time, intangible assets are increasingly important, which make it possible to form a sustainable economic environment in the long term. Based on the principles of the intellectual capital navigator as a tool for integrated accounting of tangible and intangible resources, the paper presents the role of intangible assets in the formation of a sustainable economic system. The paper analyzes various types of intangible assets in Russia and offers tools for their improvement.
