Role of public organizations while working with at-risk teenagers

The article analyzes the practical experience of public organizations (search groups) while working with at-risk teenagers. It considers the problem of patriotic upbringing and involvement of teenagers in patriotic work. The author underlines that in their daily activity the search groups should take into consideration the military history of the state and motivate the youth to serve their Homeland. He suggests to develop public request for young people, to diminish the ties with the antisocial environment and to form law-abiding citizens. This theme is important as it is necessary for both governmental authorities and civil state to help at-risk teenagers.
