The purpose of this research article is to study the various strategies and technologies used in training and development in the context of personnel career management in organizations. The study examines the current practices of organizations and examines the extent to which the use of these strategies and technologies can improve employee performance and career growth. The research methodology used in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including surveys, interviews and case studies.
