Due to the dynamic growth of capitalism and capitalist relations, commercial organizations strive for a wide coverage of sales markets in order to extract profit from potential buyers. The opportunity to remain and develop in the system of capitalist relations makes it necessary to regularly improve the quality and level of services provided. However, non-profit organizations also have a need for an effective and systematic workflow. To achieve the set goals and objectives, it makes sense to consider the place of the organization of labor relations in the management of the enterprise.
