In a universal sense the word culture historically determined by the level of development of society and individuals, as well as its material and spiritual values. As for social organization, it is nothing like an association of people for a particular trait (interests, goals, etc.). As the organization core is a team, and the organization is a system with a specific target, so the relationship between the members of this team must be governed by rules and regulations. In this article we will examine various types of organizational cultures and define what role do this cultures play in staff development.
