The role of the economic security department in the risk management of the functioning of credit organizations

The article substantiates the thesis that a division (department) of economic security should be represented in the organizational structure of a bank. The purpose and tasks of the functioning of the department are formulated, the composition of the functions performed by the department in order to prevent threats and neutralize the consequences of their implementation is defined. The main types of information risks of the bank and the role of the economic security department for the protection of bank secrets are presented.
