The role of fruit growing in the development of the agribusiness industry in Russia

The article deals with the peculiarities of fruit growing in Russia. There are identified the reasons and factors, defining the fruit growing specialty of the plant industry of the regions of Russia. The author describes the role and place of the fruit growing of the Volgograd region in the development of the fruit growing of Russia and the Southern Federal District.
