During the period from 1975 till 2015 38567 animals were examined on the territory of Omsk oblast to reveal the presence of natural nidal infections. Positive immune responses were discovered in 922 rodents and insectivores, including 88 field mice. Field mise contacted with the causative agent of tularemia in 2.5 % of cas- es, with Yersinia in 1.9-1.5 % of cases, with Listeria in 0.8 % of cases, with HFRS virus in 0.9 and 2.3 percent of cases. The article presents the percentage change of common species of small mammals and their relative per- centage in the incidence of tularemia. The histograms show the quantitative distribution of the infection in dif- ferent administrative districts of Omsk oblast. A cartogram is presented for identifying natural niduses of yer- siniosis, pseudotuberculosis, listeriosis and HFRS.
