The role of the post-war young Kommunist league of Tambov region in the personnel training of the highest level of proficiency

The article shows a considerable creative role of the post- war Young Communist League (Komsomol) organizations in higher and secondary special educational establishments. The influence of Komsomol on the improvement of study and complex training of specialists has been presented. Socially useful labour has been considered as special second practice which is no less important for acquiring skills for work with people than work practice.
