The role of legal awareness in the mechanism of legal regulation

The article is devoted to the consideration of the relationship between legal awareness and legal regulation. The influence of legal consciousness and the mechanism of legal regulation are described. The role of legal awareness for the implementation of the mechanism of legal regulation is determined. The author defines the relationship between legal awareness of legal regulation and legal realization. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement to ensure measures of the development of awareness legal, nihilism of overcoming and the development of legal culture. A recommendation is the made to improve the legal regulatory acts of the state regulating policy in the field of legal literacy and legal development awareness. The author suggests that at the moment the necessary conditions have been created in Russia for the development of civil law awareness.
