The paper reviews the problem of information and communication technologies' integration into the process of teaching medical university students a foreign language. The new role of a teacher of a higher education institution as an active participant of ICT integration into the educational process is described. The factors contributing to the intensification of ICT integration into the process of teaching medical university students a foreign language are outlined. Some aspects of ICT practical use in a medical university are presented in terms of professionally-oriented e-textbook «English for Pharmacy Communication».
