The role of principles of conscientiousness, reasonableness and justice in the civil law of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of the principles of conscientiousness, reasonableness and justice in the civil law of the Russian Federation. We can talk about the similarity of concepts, but also about their various interpretations. Now, Russian and Western law don’t have in its civil law the formulated definition of conscientiousness, reasonableness and justice. Therefore, it is necessary to consolidate the definitions of these principles in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
