The article gives results of empirical research of the problems of humanizing of professional orientation of teachers (the orientation on a child and other people, itself and the subject side of profession) and pedagogical cooperation. To overcome the considered problems is conditioned by an orientation on itself and related to the necessity of permanent self-perfection of teachers.
