The role of public prosecution in the protection of children's rights in the name when registering the birth

The article deals with the problem of naming a child during birth registration, as well as the possibility and methods of involving the Prosecutor’s office in solving this problem in order to respect the rights of the child to a decent name. At the end of the article the author’s conclusions and suggestions on the essence of the issue are made.
