The article considers the role of promotions in improving the efficiency of the sales system at wholesale enterprises. The author comes to the conclusion that the promotional campaign can be considered a frequently used and quite effective tool for sales promotion in wholesale. The effectiveness of promotions directly depends on how well it is prepared and professionally implemented. That is why in the preparation and conduct of the promotion it is necessary to coordinate the interaction of all its participants, to analyze the stages of its implementation in a timely manner.
