Role of psychological characteristics of a doctor under conditions of reform of system of healthcare of Republic of Kazakhstan

Definition of role of psychological characteristics of a doctor has been attempted under conditions of reforms of the system of healthcare of Republic of Kazakhstan. Parallels between perfection of sphere of rendering of medical services and complication of system of professional functioning of the doctor been introduced. Necessity of support of staff resource in healthcare through system of preventive measures preventing from psychodisadaptive states in health professionals has been underlined.
