Role of psychological factor in organizing socio-economic relations

This article defines the influence and role of the psychological factor on the effective organization of socio-economic relations. The authors of this study prove that it occupies an important place. Economic science over the years of its existence has accumulated significant material and presented many approaches that explain human behavior in various social processes. A number of theories directly indicates that a person, having a certain motivation, is rational and determines in advance a possible positive or negative result. But it should be noted that in the course of economic relations, the individual manifests himself not only as a consumer, but also as a carrier of various emotions, moods, behavioral habits, which cannot but affect the results of his activities. This, in the opinion of modern economists, is very important and requires consideration. The article defines the place of the psychological factor in the system of socio-economic relations, shows its correlation and subordination with economic and social factors, proves the need for motivated behavior of an individual to satisfy his needs, gives the characteristic of a person as a carrier of a psychological factor, which is a the power of historical evolution not only by the subject, but also by the object of the process. The authors substantiated the possibility of analyzing economic, social, political phenomena using psychology.
